Birth Package

My birth doula package offers personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. I provide guidance, encouragement, and non-medical assistance to help you feel prepared, informed, and supported as you navigate your birth experience.

Cost: $1,200 – $1890

Childbirth Education

My childbirth education classes are designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to approach birth with calm and clarity. Using evidence-based information and practical tools. Each class also provides space for discussion and questions.

Postpartum Support

My role as a postpartum doula is to provide calm and compassionate support. I offer guidance with newborn care, feeding, and recovery after birth. By helping to lighten the daily load, I create space for parents to rest, recover, and focus on bonding with their baby.

Cost: $35/hour

A birth doula is not a medical provider and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Services are non-clinical and focus on emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
